Are All Sparkling Waters the Same?

Sparkling water has become a go-to beverage for people trying to cut back on soda without giving up the fizz. But walk down any grocery aisle, and you’ll see an overwhelming number of options — seltzer, club soda, tonic, sparkling mineral water — all promising that bubbly refreshment. So, which one do you choose?

I’ve tried so many sparkling waters over the years hoping to find “the one.” Honestly, most of them taste like dirt, and I usually end up going back to plain water.

But this week, during my grocery pickup, I got a free goodie bag with a few new products to sample. (I love when stores do that!) Inside was a can of BUBBL’R Antioxidant Sparkling Water. I thought, oh great, another one I’ll hate.

Surprisingly, when I tried it — it was actually good! The flavor was Triple Berry Breeze, and it tasted mostly like blueberry to me. I really enjoyed it and would definitely buy it again.

What I like most is that it’s sweetened with stevia leaf extract — my favorite of the natural sweeteners — and it gives a nice little energy boost with 69mg of caffeine per can.

If you’d like to try it yourself, I’ve shared my affiliate link on the reviews page. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
